Review of Look after Promotions proposed to given in the Cadre of SDEs/DEs

Regarding - Review of Look after Promotions proposed to given in the Cadre of SDEs/DEs with the request to :-

1)  Immediately put the Look After Promotion process   in SDE,DE,DGM Cadre (in any Cadre  ) on Hold  till VRS process is complete ,in tune with the stand taken by the BSNL CO, So that actual number of Executives and hence the related restructuring could be planned under changed circumstances. This is particularly important as Many SDEs in the said Lists are above 50 Years of Age and might apply VRS.

12) The Seniority List (List 8 & List 9) of SDEs working in MP Telecom Circle must be got approved by BSNL CO First to avoid any complications/Disputes  in SDE to DE L/A  whose names are being considered in the List for Look After promotion to DE.

23)     These Look After Promotion involves Financial implications in terms of posting of Executives to various stations and also due to series of promotion which will be required to fill up the Vacuum ,which cannot be afforded in the present Funds Crises Times, Hence need to be put on Hold.

34)   The Roster Rule which is applied to the said lists may please be communicated and also be approved by BSNL CO.
